Who to contact about what

The centre
Phone (09) 477 0058 for your admission, your arrival time, fasting instructions, what to bring, and anything on the day itself.
Your surgeon's rooms
The procedure itself, your treatment plan, how long you may need to stay afterwards, and your follow-up appointment. If your specialist gives you different instructions, follow theirs.
Fees and insurance
A Patient Experience Care Coordinator schedules your procedure, gives you a detailed estimate of fees, explains payment options, and helps with insurance pre-approval where it is required.

Bringing someone with you

One support person is advised. An adult needs to take you home after your surgery, and we recommend they stay with you for at least 24 hours.

The centre has no facilities for young children, so please avoid bringing them if you can. If you are bringing a child in for their own surgery, their favourite toy or blanket is welcome.
